Born to Hunt - This is my nephew Erik. He's 15 and he just got his first deer - a 7 point buck! So very proud of him. Used my Camp Out cartridge (cricut) and used a ton of Tim Holtz distress inks (probably about a dozen of them), my minds eye paper and my zutter. TFL!
Christmas Tag time! Here are a bunch of Christmas tags I put together this past week using Unity Stamps. Gretchen helped me make a handful of tags loaded with glitter, lol! She is getting very good at stamping images and even embossing! TFL!
Went to our 3rd Annual Boo at the Zoo outing at the Lehigh Valley Zoo on Saturday 10/29. As always, the kids (and us!) had a blast. They never get tired of the zoo (thank God for the Grandparents membership!) and there's always something going on there. The kids got to trick or treat at different stations and then had a dance party on the deck. Of course, all got stuffed animals from the zoo store as usual! Another fun weekend outing with the kids.
Here's a Halloween card I made for the Unity Stamp Show and Tell sketch challenge. I used Carta Bella All Hallow's Eve paper collection, unity stamp boo-lieve (itty bitty), liquid pearls and Ken Oliver inks. TFL!
Hi! Welcome to my scrapbooking blog. My name is Donna, nickname Dee Dee (thus Scrappy Dee which my husband called me everytime he walked by my scraproom - so it was natural to name my blog ScrappyDee's Place!)
By trade, I am an RN Nursing Supervisor. I love everything about scrapbooking and especially love to scrap my family members, especially my grandbabies: Gretchen, Jack and Chloe and now Emma Kate who was born 11/20/14. Love all the new products out there - my favorites are anything Bo Bunny, Little Yellow Bicycle, Echo Park, Fancy Pants, Nikki Sivils, Prima, Heidi Swapp, Tim Holtz, Colorbox inks and Martha Stewart punches! I am a paper and punch addict and self-confessed paper hoarder! My newest passion is mixed media art and I love using products like Faber Castell gelatos, big brush pens, Montana markers, stamps and stencils! Please don't be shy - leave a comment! I'd love to hear from you!
